The Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Head of Sales to manage our business development activities, including:

  • Prospecting and leading direct marketing efforts
  • Qualifying leads and assessing target client needs
  • Prioritizing the sales pipeline to drive deals to close
  • Leading the client through the full sales process
  • Providing the voice of the client to the rest of the team throughout

About you:
You are a highly motivated, results-driven individual with:

  • A significant network in financial services
  • Experience in B2B business development
  • A track record of driving results and working independently
  • The ability to triage deals, know how to close and know when to pull in principals
  • Experience working with a CRM platform such as Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Based in New York City with the ability to travel (up to 50%)
  • Excited to work in an early stage fintech with high growth potential

Base salary (commensurate with experience) + commission
